In order to quickly get shipments to Canada and prevent any delays with Customs,
FedEx has provided Synergy Stables with a form for all Canadian recipients to fill out.
It's a One Time Power of Attorney allowing FedEx to act as your agent.

For Canadian FedEx assistance, please call 800-463-3339. No 1 is included with this number.
This form needs to be provided to a Customs Official in your area.
FedEx Canada will help you locate a Customs Official.
